Well... All i have to say is i have experienced the HIGHEST form of customer service. When i say this company cares, they truly do and specifically i was blessed to have Stephanie help me, there was a hiccup with delivery but she took time and went above and beyond to help me get my delivery done. Shes a huge asset to All Freight and I hope management recognizes that.

I have a retail store in big Bear Lake. Whenever I can get Charlie as a driver, I am so glad he always calls ahead even the day before for an appointment always shows up on time goes above and beyond. He picks up the extra pallets so I don’t have to deal with them. if you ever get a chance to work with Charlie at All Freight he is definitely the best

Per the other reviews, this company is the absolute worst. They are 5 days late delivering and counting a freight package. I called and scheduled delivery 5 days in advance, I then drove 12 hours to be there to accept delivery on a Friday and the delivery never arrived. I called Monday morning, and they said the package would arrive now on Wednesday, and that I should call on Wednesday for a tighter delivery window than 9am-3pm.

When I called on Wednesday, I was informed that they had misplaced the item, and that it wasn't going to go out until the next day. At the this point, I had called multiple times to ask to speak with the manager (Ron) only to get delayed and put off and never actually spoken to by anyone other than a CS rep. The general lack of caring expressed by the company is disturbing.

The package still hasn't arrived, and there is no sense of when it might arrive. At this point, I'm going to cancel the order with the seller.

They never arrived during the 7 hour window. I was told they'd call when they were an hour to 30 minutes out and they never did (nor did they bother to alert me that they weren't coming).

Our company just has their first of many deliveries with All Freight Trucking and it went very smoothly. After being provided an eta of 9 AM to 3 PM Vincent was very helpful and understanding about our situation and provided us with a closer time window which in our industry is important. The driver was friendly and helpful as well.

If I could give less then 1 star, I would. This company is the most unprofessional carrier I've ever tried to work with and costed us a customer. They never respond to emails or if you do get them on the phone will put you on hold and randomly pick up just to make a noise, then hang up. I also have no idea what the people actually do that answer the phone because they only say that they can't help and then place you on hold. The dispatcher will tell you lies about your load, that they were about to call you or about to respond to an email. I strongly urge anyone slightly thinking of using this carrier in any part of your shipment to find another option. You will 100% be disappointed and your freight will not ship.

Worst Delivery service I have ever dealt with in my 59 years. No Social Media or business website. They do not call when promised and do not deliver when promised. After my stuff was passed off to them by SAIA who picked it up from the supplier, it entered a black hole. No tracking or PRO numbers, no estimated delivery time, no nothing. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks (item ordered on 7/31 and today is 8/21). Even the SAIA Customer Service couldn’t reach an agent by phone. Once they finally returned their email, they basically lied because they did not meet the promised delivery date or call to schedule a new delivery as they told the SAIA rep they would. The fact that the Military Exchange chooses a company (SAIA) that would then hand off their customers items to a poorly run company like AFKI aka All Freight reflects badly on them and the way they choose to treat the Active Duty Military and Disabled Veterans like myself!
