I come here quite often and always run into problems at self checkout. It'll just randomly decide that assistance is needed and it takes forever for an employee to come over and help sometimes. I know it's not a me problem because I never run into problems at any other store.

Besides that, store is nice and clean. Staff are always friendly. Prices for items are usually a bit more than other grocery stores but that's just how Albertsons are.

Check out lines are always long and the store is slow to open another check out line. Self service lines are usually good but sometimes I need to go thru a check out line because I need assistance. Too often, an item rings up wrong and the checker seems inconvenienced in correcting it. If I've stood in line, paid for an item, started to walk away then find and error, I should be THE priority for the store. Give me that item free. The floral counter is too often unstaffed. So, you have to look for some in charge then they have to find someone to help you. My neighbor just told me the same complaints and has changed to Stater Bros.

Clean and just an "all around" good location. The floral department was everything we needed for our daughters graduation at Cal Poly. Prices are fair and the products were just what we needed.

Everytime I get half n half here, despite the expiration date being at least a month out, nearly always is spoiled once I get home.
No, I'm not leaving it out, or mishandling it after purchase, it's just always bad. I keep having to restock it nearly the day after or 2 because of this problem. Get better QC or put accurate dates. Sick of this.

All the staff are always friendly and always willing to help. Download the Albertson's app and sign up for additional savings. You have to click on sale items on the app to get special pricing. Wish they would just do away with it and just put items on sale without having to use the app. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, very clean grocery store overall.
