As many others have said I really appreciate the well-proportioned meals that fit within my macros. If you use fitpal, many of the meals are already on there, which makes logging my food a breeze. And let's not forget taste. Some meal preps are not only way too expensive but load you up on broccoli and rice with a tired and dry looking protein. These are flavorful and a decent variety. Nice to have something handy in my freezer when I don't want to cook but want a hot meal.

Meals are cooked fresh and include the best ingredients! The convenience of having healthy, cooked food ready to go is a huge plus! The meals are tasty and well proportioned, I never feel hungry after eating one. The pricing is also reasonable on a per meal basis. The macro information is provided on the lid of each meal for easy planning. Give it a try, you will NOT be disappointed!

Not the best picture but the taste of the Italian Macaroni & Beef was excellent. It was also very filling. Almost couldn’t finish it but it tasted so good I had too ?. Can’t wait to try all the other meals.

Alaska Meal Prep is great! I found them looking for meal prep options while preparing for the bar exam and have used them ever since as part of my nutrition plan. What really roped me in was the fact that you can try all of the different meals to see which ones you like the best. Each meal also come complete with macro breakdowns. The options are super tasty. There aRe also two pick up locations, one in Anchorage and one in Palmer, so they are pretty accessible to anyone. Definitely worth giving a try if you’re looking for local meal prep option in Anchorage or the Valley.

I had extenuating circumstances that were going to take me out of the country so I contacted Mike (the owner) on Monday to see if I could cancel my order. He said that since the food was already prepared he would be unable to cancel the order and he could not issue a refund. Since the order was not canceled I showed up Tuesday to pick up and my meals were not there. Called Mike and he was very unprofessional on the phone and at one point told me to "Shut up and listen!" and "How far do you want to take this conversation before I hang up on you." From my point of view I should either get my meals during HIS established pickup window OR a refund. While the meals are ok I would never do business with a person or company that would be so unprofessional to their customers.

I’m a huge fan of these meals! They are delicious and enough food to fill me up! Some meal preps I don’t feel like I get enough in them but these are perfect. Sometimes I can even get 2 meals out of one so definitely worth it.
I usually put mine in the freezer, I pull one out in the morning and it’s thawed and ready to heat up by lunch. So convenient and so good!

I caught Covid the day I was suppose to pick up my order. Mike gave me a call, and went over all the options they offered for me to get my meals. I really appreciate the devotion from Mike and his team to provide a great customer experience. I highly recommend, especially for military families!

Super delicious meals that are very affordable. I use them for my lunches and dinners! A must need for anyone with a busy schedule that wants a quick and easy meal! Bonus: they include the macro breakdown on the lid of eat meal! Makes life that much easier when logging food in Fitbit or CarbMaster!
