The lady at the front was AMAZING! Our flight was accidently booked 1 month out and she was able to fix it at the last minute and give us the last 6 seats available! Awesome!

Would not let us board the plane after arriving within a 10 min window when boarding started.
The front desk attendant said " we have a strict time schedule" sarcastically picked up the phone about a inch, literally, then placed it down in a *I don't care gatekeeping* gesture after I asked if she could check.
Now I don't know if she was having a bad day or something but someone above needs to do a customer service evaluation because that was unprofessional.

Limited seating but great service. Have to check bags with agent so I suggest showing up earlier then later.

Always friendly, happy, wonderful staff. I love the aircraft upgrades. No airline has itself better! However, 7.50 for a beer is ridiculous.

My lay over was 12 hrs and had to get my bags and can't check them in till 4hrs before I leave stuck in an area with no restaurant not happy

Good airline 2 flights a day plus sometimes cargo fast and easy and the only big airline to Kotzebue and you easily earn points and rewards.
