They're awesome at working with your schedule or if you're sick.
The pay is crap. After a year of truck driving they'll give you a $0.25 raise. Worst I've ever seen. There's no time and a half for overtime. You have to write down EVERY MINUTE OF EVERYTHING YOU DO. The benefits aren't that good. You'll get better raises at McDonalds. $15 to tarp and most places it's $50. Communication is crap. You'll get yelled at for calling dispatch, and if you use their crappy computer thing to communicate they will yell at you for not calling. Most people quit the first month.
