The two elderly ladies were very rude, and you have to have a printed delivery order, because due to policy they do not print. The UPS man next door helped me print. He was a very good person. For everything else, the systems and loading are fast. And they do not open until 9:00 am. And no restrooms no overnight parking

Avoid using these people. If we didn't have to ship with them we wouldn't.
The hours of operation listed are not correct. If you're not there early before 2-3 good luck they leave early and the office basically is closed by 5.
The staff are unfriendly and it's a constant revolving door. They can't keep people employed here, every time we go back there's a new crew. Whoever trains these people needs work because they treat people terribly. We travel from North Texas and often when we show up no ones there, no one knows how to process paperwork, or any other number of excuses to avoid helping us ship. Rude disrespectful people. Terrible experience. Be prepared.
