Ken and Zack from Luquire came out after we had a plumbing issue. Solved the immediate problem but then went the extra mile and came back with the equipment they needed to make sure it did not happen again. Could not be more pleased with their skill and perseverance. Great job.

The techs arrived on time and removed the old a/c system and installed the new one. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up the work areas and fully explained the new system. We would recommend A/C by Luquire to anyone needing service or a new system.

Ken J. and Zack B. came out and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon Hot Water Heater for me today in this 90 degree weather.
They did an outstanding job explaining and being careful not to damage anything. I appreciate their hardwork and will diffintely call them again if I need something. These two guys are a great team!

Today we had a seasonal maintenance scheduled for our HVAC system. Our technician was Aidin Tackett. Aidin was pleasantly professional, personable, & answered all of my wife’s questions. My wife remembered Aidin was the technician that came out approximately 3 years ago when we were having some issues with our system & found the solution. We highly recommend Aidin Tackett!

The technician who came out this afternoon to check my AC was Aidin. She arrived within the hour of our phone call & was super nice. She began trouble shooting the problem immediately & had my AC unit back up & running perfectly in no time! She was very thorough & professional. Luquire was very responsive in responding to our issue with a recent water heater installation that was a rare occurrence of a manufacturing issue with the unit, in which they replaced it completely. All the technicians were professional, courteous and performed well. Despite the hiccups, I will use them again, and do recommend their service.

I had a water leak late at night and called AC Luquire for help. They sent someone out immediately, and Big Ken arrived and took care of everything right away. Ken is absolutely awesome knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond! He not only fixed the issue quickly but also referred me for water restoration to ensure everything was handled properly. Dealing with Luquire feels like working with family reliable, professional, and caring. Hands down, the best company in the River Region for AC, heating, and plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

Had a NEW AC/Heating system in stalled last November. First issue - wasn't heading/cooling. Technician said gas valve wasn't completely OPEN! Second issue - system wasn't cooling, only recirculating ambient (indoor air). Called Edwards - said they'd send somone ASAP. Temp in the home rose to 85 deg. Wife decided to turn system off, then on again after 10 to 15 min. Once this was done, the system appeared to start working normally. This occured before Edward's Tech arrived. He checked system... couldn't pinpoint 'cause.' Still, I was billed $75.00 for the Service Call. If/When anyone cannot determine a cause of malfunction (BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED! and I would not have called to have someone to determine the cause! Nonetheless, Edwards charges me 'DIAGNOSTIC" Fee! stating: "TRANE EXTENDED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CALLS WHERE NO ISSUES ARE FOUND AND UNIT IS WORKING PROPERLY." THIS!, in NOT stated in my contract with Edward's pluming & heating & Cooling!! In fact I was told by the crew who installed the sytem that I can contact them for ANY REASON there is a problem with the system!
