I had called several moving companies for quotes, but Air 1's pricing was the most reasonable for what I needed to have moved. My boyfriend and I were moving from Tarzana, CA to West Hollywood, CA and we were both nervous about how all our new furniture would be handled.

When the movers arrived, they were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They wrapped all my belongings perfectly within an hour, taking extra care with everything, especially our new items. Their professionalism and calm demeanor put me at ease.

Thinking about using Air1 for your next move? Think twice!
They make you regret being honest about the target delivery date cause it means nothing to them, they delay shipping your stuff until their internal decided upon “21 day delivery window” from the day you said you need your things.
I shipped my stuff more than 2 weeks ago, lived in an empty apartment just to ensure I will have furniture in the destination, all that just to find out our stuff has not even left the storage. Their communication is minimal and robotic, keep repeating the 21 day window with no update.
I am beyond disappointed and paying out of pocket to stay in a hotel with no update on my situation.
Really inconvenient and frustrating

UPDATE: my stuff was delivered 10 days after target delivery date (total of 27 days from pick up to delivery). Boxes were squished, surface of wood furniture (desk, shoe cabinet, tv table) was completely wet, two mattresses were drenched in water….
At this point, I have no words to describe this company and their level of customer service and care! Nothing can describe the frustration and disappointment I experienced this past month. Unbelievable.
