Needed to get a picture for online passport renewal. Turns out, the online passport site is pretty picky about picture format. I had to go back several times to get new pictures. Employees were great, took multiple photos, and did not charge for the extra attempts. Thanks!

I had to get a new passport at the last minute (note: the Dept. Of State no longer adds pages to existing passports, who knew?) - and I stopped by Walgreens for their so-called passport photo service and of course "the" person who does those photos wasn't in. I quickly looked for other places near me and AIM came up. I will now go to AIM for every possible service they support - shipping, keys, photos, etc. They were SO nice, SO professional, SO quick - and they even had a proper lighting setup for nice photos. They also have a great canine mascot who is very welcoming and makes the whole seemingly mundane experience exceptionally pleasant.

MAILS NOT RECEIVED. Be aware for those that are using for mail service and if you are not checking your box often that your mails will not be delivered. I use the Service as a business address to send all my mails to here. I only check few times a year for end of the year paperwork and tax. but for two years in a row senders called me stating that mails were returning back to the senders due to closed account. 1st year i complained and yes they did admit that my accountv was closed. They had me hunt down an invoice to prove that i paid for a full year. I provided a proof of purchase and the owner was bit rude and asked me if I still wanted to renew. The dude did not offer any refund for previous year. I did renew it again for full year due to hassle of changing the address. Again, this year I was notified by senders that all end of year document mails were bouncing again due to closed account. My account was due for a renewal and the gentleman called asking if i wanted to renew it. I did explain to him what occur and it happened 2 years in a row and that I was dissatisfied with subpar services and without any resolution for the issue. Well, i guess he didn't want to hear me out and simply hung up. There are other mailbox services within 1 mile radius. I strongly recommend taking your business to other competitors with friendly attitudes. I will try the store next to Trader Joe's which accepts Amazon returns and yes, the staffs are friendly and regardless of long return line, they work fast and efficiently. SORRY AIM MAIL, YOU LOST A LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMER.

I have a small business and frequent this store multiple times a week, they are always super friendly and helpful with my shipping needs. I also like to use them for notary services, online shopping returns, color copies and packaging supplies. They have a good selection of greeting cards and even took our passport photos, so many useful services. Great part of the community too, big supporter of local schools, highly recommend!

Went in for the notary service and they were kind, swift, & professional.
The faxing number I was given was strangely not working, so they did not charge me for the attempted fax. Only paid $15 for the single notary paper document I brought with me

I recently used AIM to have some business cards made. The staff was very friendly and helped me “tweak” the cards so that they would look exactly how I wanted. While I was there I took advantage of some of the other services they provide, I mailed a package and had passport photos done for my son. Everything was easy and quick!

I needed a lot of work done fast for my anniversary party. The staff went out of their way to help me. They made a great DVD with music and pictures that I gave them. They also made place cards and name tags as well as some signs. Everything turned out perfectly. They were totally engaged and friendly. No request was too much.
