I've used/currently use agile for my fulfillment needs. The owners (Mike & Drew) are incredible and extremely helpful! Definitely some of the nicest people you will meet. My current account manager is Amy, and she is FANTASTIC. She's always quick to respond and answer any questions I have. They are very organized, and I've noticed constant upgrades they've made to be sure Agile is using the best software/equipment, which is a big deal for me! Agile has been the best 3PL we've worked with yet. We have been struggling with supply chain issues this summer that led to 1000+ backorders. They were key in supporting us with various partial shipments, cancellations, and address changes brought on by the delays. Our previous 3PL would never have done this for us. When we first moved over, Agile also worked with us to accommodate some shipping materials that weren't quite to their specs until we used up the inventory.

Highly recommend Agile. We worked with a giant multinational fulfillment company for years and had to make the switch.
