They run good places and good States get you home when you ask to be let you have the time off you want run you as much as they can they have agricultural exempt which is very helpful out here the payroll recruiter guy Austin is simply amazing he is your go-to guy could not live without him the owner is a great guy he even helped me manage some of my personal finances went above and beyond they have an amazing safety lady there she is firm but fair they have an amazing mechanic down in their Arizona yard dispatch and planner were pretty decent people I'm only leaving because I need to run team with my best friend otherwise I would have stayed here

Be careful with this company, they show alot of promise and than it is short lived. When something goes wrong they use their "Senior" driver who thinks its ok to go into someone else's truck without approval of driver, RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE. Just be careful with what owner is telling you what your supposed to get. When your having your reset at a truck stop, you will understand some of the promises that are not being made.

So far so good. Not a single lie has been told to me from the moment I first talked to Shelley to today. They have been very accommodating to me and my dog, made every effort to meet my requests and met them. I got to meet everyone in the office at orientation including the owner, Brandon, who was very classy and humble to speak so freely with me on more than one occasion now.

Bottom line: I'm in a truck I love, running the lane I want to run, being paid fairly and accurately thus far, and my dispatcher, Matt, is everything I could hope for in a dispatcher. I like how these guys do business and I'm looking forward to what is hopefully a long career here, in or out of the driver's seat.

Shout out to Chris, Clay, and Austin for all doing what you guys do. Each one of you did your part to make my transition over here smooth and I love working with y'all.
