A big shout-out to Christian at A&G Mini Storage in Flagstaff. A few months ago I had an out-of-state family emergency and needed to quickly find a place to store my second vehicle. Despite it being after office hours on a Sunday, Christian responded to my call and went above and beyond to get my van safely and quickly stored. He also gave me quite a good deal on a one-month rental. My family and I really appreciated Christian's help and support during this tough time.

The owner is very friendly and nice to work with. When my credit card expired and was late on a payment, he was understanding and allowed me to call back when my new credit card arrived and wasn't charged any late fees. I was very thankful for that! Also, 24/7 easy access and locked facility for a fair price. Never had any problems, happy with my experience.

I needed a place last minute to store my things over summer break but none of the smaller storage spaces were available. The owner was very understanding when I explained my situation and even gave me a huge discount for one of the larger spaces. Plus the 24/7 security cameras puts my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of storage space in Flagstaff.

The manager was nice and easy to work with. My daughter is a college student at NAU and we needed a storage unit to store her belongings during the summer. The manager was very helpful and I was able to make the reservation over the phone. My daughter said the manager was very friendly when she went in to sign the contract and pick up the keys. The pricing of the storage unit great.

I've had a unit at A&G storage for about 4 years.
They offer small to large units, vehicle storage, and, best of all. 24 hour access.
The prices are inexpensive, and the staff is pretty friendly.
I would rate this location 5 stars had it not been for a recent experience.
I recently, and quite suddenly found myself needing more space. I have a 5'×12' unit, and needed to upgrade to a larger unit. I went during their posted open hours, which are 9 am - 6pm Monday thru Friday. The office was closed due to a medical emergency. I called, and was told that the usual manager wasn't available, but someone else would be there or call me to help with my needs. I waited almost 2 hours, but they never showed or called. I went back the next day, and the office was still closed. I called again, and told them about the previous day. They apologized, and told me someone would be right down to help me. I waited over 2hours this time, but to my amazement, there was another no show, no call! I still have not been contacted! So, after 4 years, I'm looking for a new location.

Rented a small Unit over the summer because they were the lowest price I could find in Flagstaff (and I called many). Nothing was tampered with and no items were dirty or damaged (no mice, no water damaged etc). Bruce (the guy who works there) was helpful on more than one occasion. I just cleared out everything today and received my deposit refund. I would store at A&G again.
