All member very rude i came there for delivery and i ask them for restroom but amazing thing is that they don’t have restroom. The drivers who come there where they gonna use restroom. Aeromexico its very shameful for you .

Not an organized operation. Very short rude office ladies. Almost not responsive at all. You’ll be lucky to get a yes or ok when speaking to them. It’s like talking to someone who’s extremely angry. But the they turn around and laugh amongst each other. Not a professional operation at all.

Jesus Christ...worst loading experience ever. The staff doesn't know how to work. Nobody knows anything, it's a hectic work environment. Management doesn't care about customer experience. They charge $10 + $15 =$25 bucks to PRINT BOLs...you need to print BOLs before or pay them $25. It's a money grab. But the worst thing...I checked in at 9 am and checked out at 5 pm. It took them 8 freaking hours to load 26 pallets. And I was lucky because I was panicking and constantly asked them to load me. Other drivers spend more than 10 hours to be loaded. AEROMEXICO...never use their service or go there to pick up loads. Worst, worst, worst. P.S.: parking is a disaster

The guys are very slow both inside the office and warehouse, they don’t respect their jobs causing sluggish operation. Inside the warehouse you will see unorganized cargo, forklift drivers waste much time locating cargos ~ what a mess
