I booked with them LAST MINUTE to get some furniture moved out of my grandmothers home. Not only were they able to squeeze me in but they did an excellent job packing, moving, and storing heavy antique furniture for us. Great communication and great service. THANK YOU

Dalton and Devine delivered our new couch this morning. We have moved all over the United States and have never encountered better movers than these two young men. They were polite, super careful with our couch and our home, never banging into a wall or another piece of furniture in a very tight space. We would never hesitate to use Admiral Movers again and would definitely request Dalton and Divine!

0/1000. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. A lot of my items were not moved! I honestly should have rented a truck myself or gone with a different company. When the movers arrived, they claimed that they did not agree to move the items that were present (couch, tv console, etc.). I had already moved a lot of things to save them time and effort, but they still did not deliver, especially for the cost. They had items in their truck from what I assume was a different move and barely had space for all of my items. They did not wrap anything! I was told that my items would be wrapped/have some sort of covering or protection, that was obviously a lie. Additionally, I was instructed via email to fill out a “high value inventory form” prior to my move. I filled out this form and someone from the company called to tell me that they were not obligated to handle those items carefully because I did not purchase protection. Although this person said they would do their best not to damage anything, I don’t understand why the general consensus is to treat someone’s property poorly because they did not purchase protection, especially when the protection agreement does not outline that. I paid too much money to them for so many items to be left behind. This was the worse experience I have ever had and I would caution everyone to avoid this company. The movers were hours late, and did a piss poor job when they finally showed up. I tried my best to be understanding and accommodating by accepting their tardiness and moving things on my own prior to their arrival. However, what they did was a terrible, piss poor excuse for a service; and a terrible waste of my money. Additionally, the items were placed in my storage very poorly. Moving is stressful, especially when doing it so quickly, and they made the process even more stressful. They charged me more than what was quoted despite barely completing what was in scope. They contacted me through two different companies (Admiral Movers and Motivated Movers) so be wary of both. Now, I have to find time to unpack my storage just to properly wrap/protect my items and repack the storage since they did such a bad job with their original configuration. Ultimately, just be mindful about the company you choose to service your needs and avoid them if possible.

This company exhibits poor marketing strategies. Their representative claims that state law precludes them from issuing a fixed price quote when, in fact, it is not illegal for any moving company in Alabama to provide a fixed price moving quote, also known as a "binding estimate," as long as they clearly state the terms and conditions of the fixed price and adhere to federal regulations regarding interstate moves, which allow for both binding and non-binding estimates depending on the situation.

Our movers were professional and extremely thorough. They treated each piece of furniture like it was their own and took care to protect everything in the process. The booking process was easy and they were flexible with my timing - which provided peace of mind in a stressful time of having to move in and out. I’d recommend them who wants a move done right!

Our movers were extremely professional and efficient. They effectively did a walkthrough of each house to know the parameters of the move and placement of the furniture. They were very friendly and careful with our belongings. We were very much satisfied with the experience.

Exceptional customer service and assistance from Admiral Movers. I had a very short timeframe and was told these movers were completely booked for the date I needed to move. Thankfully, Varsee & David were available and ready to help me. They truly went above and beyond and were extremely communicative and kind every step of the way. They moved quickly, but carefully and made sure to take care of my things. Would definitely recommend!
