Customer service is non existent. I left a voicemail stating the delivery was actually for medication that needed to be refrigerated. Still no return call from this company to help figure out a solution. There is also zero tracking movement all day as though they have not even picked it up. The tracking said today. This delivery service seems like a mom & pop operation with lack communication to customers. Try calling the number you will see too.
