Been here a couple of times. It would be nice if the website worked though. I don't have the time to walk through the store looking for something if they don't have it. got a response 30 minutes after posting this review. Thank you so much !! I'll wait for the Web site to come back up

It pains me to write this review because Ace has always been my go to business for weatherguard tool boxes and replacement parts for my business. My most recent experience was a complete waste of time and fuel in my vehicle.
Came in to purchase replacement springs and lock sets for some of my service vehicles weather guard boxes. Got what I needed, I noticed a bedliner on the wall and spoke to the employee about what was available for my vehicle. The employee insisted that I must bring in the vehicle so they could look at it and take some measurements to determine the correct model. I asked about looking in the computer because I knew all the dimensions, make and model of the vehicle and was bringing vehicle in really necessary. He insisted that was the only way they would order and complete sale. Since I do not live nearby and drive a company vehicle I made plans to bring my personal vehicle in on Saturday. I live about a half hour away and I think you can guess what happened. I drove there came in and talked with a different employee and he said entirely not necessary to bring in vehicle. He spent less than 3 minutes looking in computer to tell me model for my truck is not available and is on back order. He apologized for employee who gave me incorrect information.
As you could imagine I was pretty upset that I wasted my time and fuel in my diesel truck driving there.
Ace has to do a better job training their employees to provide customers correct information and not wasting peoples time and money. If he didn't know the proper procedure or how to look in computer he needs to tell the customer that or ask management for help.

Great place, super salesforce. I have been buying boxes & racks from theses people for 30 years. All 4 companies have valued there services. Keep up the great work. I might add that from a 2 hardware store owner, there stories are the best.

Had an exceptional experience with Chris and the staff at Ace Truckbox center.
I purchased a Roll-n-Lock bed cover for my 2017 Ford F-150 and really loved it. I then had to have it removed and installed on my 2018 Ford F-150 and it just did not close right.
Without even asking, Chris reached out to Roll-n-Lock and had a new cover sent and Ace Truckbox installed at no cost to me.
It was the best price for the cover in East Bay, and installation was fast and flawless.
If you are in the market for any truck accessories, Ace Truckbox is absolutely a must-see.

On the phone for hours before they decide to ask you what you want... Came looking for Thule rooftop racks since this is an "authorized dealer" but they only had one... I need it today! Don't recommend this place!

The gentleman who helped me was very nice. He could have sold me a new lock but he just made me a new key!
