I wanted to inquire about their availability based off of their specials but no one ever answers the phone or is at the office. Door is closed, sign says open and the will return time listed if they’re out of the office isn’t accurate as I was waiting well past the listed return time to speak with someone.

We've been a storage holder at Ace Storage on Raleigh (El Cajon) for just over 20 years When we needed a bigger unit, it was available immediately, and when it became necessary to move out recently, it was done with such ease, consideration, and understanding that they couldn't have made it any better. Tammy, the manager, is absolutely the best there is, Charlie, John, and Lindsey are always friendly, kind, and professional. They even let us know when we were eligible for a discount ( senior), That's how long we've been with them! I would recommend this storage facility to everyone who needs one. Accessible and accommodating hours and units are spotless. (Never even saw an insect much less anything else.) Clean and SECURE, with great staff, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?
