My new favorite ACE store. Its way better than the store off Central/Baseline (dont get me wrong employees are nice/helpful aswell) . Employees were super helpful and ordered me some Brisket Mop marinade. Hopefully they get different Traeger smokers in stock. It was jist a bigger store with a lot more bbq section

I’ve found that while their prices may be a bit higher than Home Depot or Amazon for some items, the overall experience here is well worth it. Best Ace hardware I've been to in AZ! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Outstanding selection of fasteners! Store is always very clean, tidy and well stocked. They have saved me on several occasions lately, with electrical parts and basic welding supplies. Giving 5 stars because there's no option for 10!

I try very hard to support local franchises as opposed to huge mega warehouses, but here they only seemed interested in making a quick sale than answering questions and actually helping the customer. The store was NOT busy at the time.

The event even coincided with a BBQ "demo"
They did have some hot dogs I assume, but even though I was interested in comparing and contrasting Traeger vs big green egg, there was no helping me make an informed decision, and of course they did not offer me a hot dog or whatever it was they were making.
I didn't go for a free snack. There is a GREAT local restaurant in the same parking lot, but it would have been nice to have been offered something.
It really felt like I was being rushed out the door, or they thought I was going to steal something because I was also looking for cool BBQ accessories.

I got help here cutting hangar bolts that were too long in some furniture legs I bought. Caesar was kind and more than accommodating and cut them for me. An older gentleman also helped me find screws in the size I needed in seconds. The customer service here is so much more genuine than the service you get from big box hardware stores. I’m going to come here for my hardware needs from now on.

This is one of the most personal stores in laveen. Butch from Texas is absolutely awesome and I love the music Hank Williams. Customer service like that is far and few between these days. Thank you
