It's just as bad as others are saying. It's absolutely shameful that many villagers have to rely on this outfit for their mail. If you have non priority mail, you might as well consider it lost once it gets to this pathetic outfit. They've lost and misplaced thousands of dollars worth of critical parts shipped by my company with zero response or effort to recover anything. We were able to stop using them in that location, but sadly they're the only carrier for some other villages. This outfit is an absolute disaster.

Took them a week and a half to ship a pallet from King Salmon to Anchorage. They lost 1 bag that I never recovered. They don't answer the phone and when I asked them how they could just stick a pallet in their warehouse and lose it. After numerous calls from me trying to locate it, I went there and found it in their warehouse. When I asked why I was told it hadn't arrived when it was sitting there buried, I was told that nobody bothered to walk back and look for it.

Spacious Beechcraft 1900C's. The A&P on duty was nice enough to let me get some shots for our charter next week. Of course they have their gripes like any other airline, but their service has been nothing but helpful the last few months.

Terrible to deal with, got sent out to work in a rural area, brought stuff to be shipped 4 days prior to me leaving, plane couldn't fly for the next 7 days due to weather I completely understand. But when i drop off 100s of dollars in food in yeti coolers to be shipped and you guys charge me for it to be frozen an priority and when it gets here was never frozen and all ruined that's a tad much. Wouldn't ship toilet paper with these people terrible customer service. They hang up on you when you call to ask about when a flight is coming and they can't do simple tasks. Go anywhere but here ✌?

Sent boxes of fish n berries n 2 totes of my glass n crystal beads from dlg to anch in Sept. One tote did not make it. My fish n berries were not in the freezers. Had to go and identify our boxes spread out through the hangar. November now still no avail.

Shipped a package priority to Ketchikan, 2 weeks later called because the package had not been received and the tracking ID was not working on the website, after being on hold for 30 minutes they found my package still in Anchorage. Took 16 days to get a 3 pound package to Ketchikan, no refund, no apology. Will not do business here again.

If I could leave -100 star review I would. They have lost several packages of my clients and when I call to locate cargo they don't have it and I leave a number for them to call me once they have located it. They never do I always have to call and all of a sudden they have it but now it is too late. A lot of my clients use them to ship out packages and I now advise them to avoid using them at all cost if they can. Sadly some places only have ACE. and well guess what they always lose their packages. Get better communication or better staff or a better manager cause you are wasting other peoples times.
