Management are really nice people with exception of the security guard. It’s an African-American female with short hair and she’s got her eyelashes glued on her eyelids. They look like RV awnings and she has a really bad attitude. I even asked her if you don’t like your job why do you come to work, just stay home, trust me, you will be doing humanity a favor ,You’ll know when you see her good luck.

This place is full of lazy people who pass everything on to the next person never on time and tell you one thing and do the exact opposite no care for truck drivers or their clock...portable pots no trash can just bad attitude all the way around

Appointment was for 5pm on a Wednesday at Abbott. Arrived at 3:15, loaded and out by 4pm. My load was a total of 8 pallets. The lady I checked in with was extremely sweet and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Tips for fellow drivers: Check in at door 71. Be respectful and patient. Have all of your pickup information available including truck and trailer license plate numbers. Should be good to go.

Coming from the Petro exit
off of I-10,
you do turn down that first left.

Hanna is a dead-end road
but trucks coming into Abbott
do enter from that road.

DO NOT ENTER the first truck entrance entrance-
That is for different trucks.

The truck gate for Abbott is
AFTER the 4-wheeler parking and entrances.

Go to that second truck entrance-
The Gate for Abbott
is on the far SW corner
of the facility.

THERE IS SUFFICIENT DIRT PARKING NEAR THAT GATE IN THE VACANT LOT
NEXT DOOR IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH LOGBOOK ISSUES.

There is also more parking along
Sunland Gin Road by the facility.

The Gate opened automatically for me during daytime hours.

Check-in is at Door 71.

The doors on the main truck gate side of the building end at 72.

So,
after you enter the Gate,
you circle all the way around the building to the NE corner ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE.

Door 71 IS CLEARLY MARKED.

It’s on the ramp into the building
right at that far opposite corner
from their gate entrance.

I was there for Delivery-
It was in&out in about 30 minutes,
papers delivered to my window.

Can you handle it from here or do I need to hold your hand as we cross traffic?
