Had Jon and Patrick deliver my new Saatva RX mattress this afternoon. They called me to confirm before delivery and showed up exactly when they said they would. Took away my old mattress and popped the new one on the foundation. Boom-10 minutes. Both were very polite, professional, and respectful in my home.

Expecting a delivery of a King Matress on Saturday between 9AM and 12PM. Even received a call from A1 two days before this delivery date confirming the day and time. Sadly after waiting all
Morning and up until 3:00PM I had to leave the house for another appointment. Never received a call from A1 either telling me they were running late or anything!!! Still wondering why they bothered to call and tell me they were coming with my new mattress? Even stripped the old mattress preparing for it to be removed when the new one was delivered Can you guess how I feel about over promising and underdelivering?

We had a king latex adjustable base bed delivered. The delivery was right on time. Eric and Eli did an excellent job with set up and explaining how everything worked. They were very quick, but didn't make you feel as if they just wanted to drop it off and get out of there. Eric was personable, knowledgeable, and even took a little time to talk with us and meet our puppy. You could tell he had pride in his company. All in all, a great experience. Thank you

Had a great experience with their delivery of our king mattress. Delivery was quick, the two guys are friendly and professional, and I think the call center is fine. Not sure what all the bad stars were about, my experience was fine.

Donna & Robin are the most unprofessional and rude people to have ever worked in a call center/customer service position. Hayneedle needs to fire this courier because they were completely unwilling and unresponsive to pick up and deliver our products. These two individuals will bring this company down.
