I came in looking for affordable storage space during a really rough time in my life. My father passed away in ‘09 after his prostate cancer came back with a vengeance and left behind his model airplane collection; my fat ex-wife wouldn’t let me keep his expansive collection in our bed?!?! Me and Jessica talked about all of this last Friday while i was reserving my unit and she didn’t say a word she was so shocked! Jessica is an amazing listener and she loves hearing your entire life story 5 minutes before they close!!! Now that i have a storage unit i can finally relax at the pool (PHOTO ATTACHED!!!)

I had the pleasure of dealing with A storage a few weeks ago. The two girls in the office, Jessica & Cassie, went over and beyond to help me with my needs. They were both professional and proficient.
Their facility and storage premises are clean and safe. I am a female and felt very safe moving items alone at this facility. It is well lighted in the evening.
I highly recommend this Storage Company to anyone needed a nice clean unit at a reasonable price.

Cassie Bonnell is amazing professional at customer service either on the phone or in the store. I have used Storage Facilities before but the Storage of Daphne location sets the standard. In addition to her outstanding customer service, the units are very clean and was impressed with the gray floor mats in the climate controlled units.

Cassie and Jessica were such big helps!! We initially were just coming here to unload our stuff into storage after our cross-country move. Cassie was able to transfer our U-Haul drop off to this location so we didn’t have to drive another 30 minutes to drop it off!

If customer service had a Hall of Fame, Jessica would have her own wing. Renting a storage unit with her was so easy, I’m convinced she has magical powers. I walked in stressed about where to put my mountains of stuff, and within minutes, she had me laughing, signing papers, and questioning if I should start storing things just for the fun of it.

The facility is so clean and secure, I wouldn’t be surprised if secret agents were keeping classified documents here (don’t worry, Jessica—totally kidding… unless?). She answered all my dumb questions with patience, including, “What’s the maximum number of rubber duckies I can legally store in one unit?” If you need storage and enjoy working with people who make your day better just by existing, go see Jessica. She’s basically the Beyoncé of storage!
