Best price in Utah county hands down... Clean, new units and facility, no one on site to hassle you or moan and groan about stereo up to loud or band practicing. On the flip side no one on site to help you immediately if needed in person, although most issues can and are handled with a simple phone call... No restrooms or dumpster on site either... Wish more than anything there was a 24 hour access for businesses or something.

Easy and fast to rent a space. Reasonably priced. I was going back and forth moving things at different times of day and night - the hours worked out great for me. Very clean!! Easy access to freeway and other areas. After I moved my items out of the unit - one phone call and I was done! Deposit returned promptly - no hassle! I would definitely rent a unit here again in the future!

My unit was spotless when I moved in and the complex is very well maintained and has great security.

I read some of the reviews before moving in and was worried about their being mice with such large fields nearby. Then realized that every unit I've rented in the last 15 years has had a mice issue and it's about what's done to mitigate it.

I've had my Unit for 6 months and stop by it regularly being that it's like my second garage. The management has been very friendly to work with and I haven't had a single issue with mice or insects.

I'm very happy with the price & the unit.
