The units are clean and I love that the gate is locked and a gate code is needed to enter . I feel more secure leaving my items having this. The customer service is excellent . Payments are easy , several options to pay. The only thing I would like is for the parking lot to be graded more often. I don’t like to drive through water or holes when going to my storage unit. Great place .

Much better than average. Answers the phone if there's an issue. Clean, pest free(so far). No real problems. A little more than I paid before, but well worth it.

Very user friendly facility. Do everything from picking out size of unit, renting , and paying online. Comes in very handy when renting from a distance. Only complaint would be not discount for renting multiple units.

I have had 2 units in Kennett for 3 years. They are clean and secure. I have never had any problems. I can’t say enough about this facility. Love it.
