Lee is a consummate professional. He picks up when you call (as trivial as that sounds… a lot of business don’t), and you can feel his positive energy over the phone. I was in a situation where it was after hours, and I was in a jam. Lee drove across town to help me out.

People will say “well that’s his job”, but no. Like I mentioned before, it was after hours… he did not have to take the job. And the job I needed wasn’t document anywhere but Lee charged me a regular short range tow fee. I feel to fortunate and lucky to have come across Lee (A Friendly Tow). Lee is a gentleman, a professional, and if energy just really made my day. It’s hard to explain but you’ll know what I mean after you have the privilege of meeting and working with him.

I needed a couple Craigslist furniture pickup and deliveries and Lee and his adorable son were sweet enough to make 2 runs for me. They delivered an armoire then went back out to pick up and deliver a bookcase.

The next day, my boyfriend asked Lee to pick up and deliver a Quad from the dealership. Lee has a car trailer but just used his ramps and hauled the Quad in his pickup truck. He says he has a tow truck too so if I ever need towing I'll call him.

They were inexpensive at the level that made us want to tip him well over what he was asking for furniture delivery and vehicle towing.
