Drivers have been good but the dispatching from the Williston terminal is atrocious! We specifically need straight trucks due to our driveway size they always send semi’s. Received delivery notice that the driver would arrive between 11-12 Wednesday on the day scheduled and they never arrived and now I’m told my time sensitive delivery won’t arrive until Monday after being told Wednesday that it’d be Thursday or Friday, which is when I need the product to be able to install in my customers house. Every delivery is messed up one way or another.

Perpetually unreliable. In the 6 months we've been using them as a carrier, I haven't managed to get a pickup within 24 hours of calling (this is almost weekly). Nearly every delivery we've received (at least once per week) has something damaged or missing. Some pallets have been lost and never found. I honestly don't even know how they've managed to stay in business as long as they have with so many issues. Their customer service is relatively decent, but it doesn't do you any good when your product is never found.
