We just had a custom shelter delivered. First off, we were given a window of 12-5pm, and the driver showed up at 6:15pm. My husband had spoken with someone earlier in the day and explained that we shared a driveway, and the boxes needed to be brought to our section of the driveway so as not to block our neighbor's entrance, but when the the driver finally arrived, he was cranky and rude, and refused to drive the enormous boxes up our driveway! He told my husband that he didn't back up very well and he didn't drive in the dark very well, then my husband heard him complaining on his cell phone...seriously? If we didn't own a tractor, it would've been a serious problem, seeing that our driveway is 400 feet long, it's Tuesday night, pitch black outside, and our neighbor works first thing in the morning!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
