In at 630 am out at 8 with a 7am appointment very nice people was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews kinda of a tight spot but they moved a trailer to make it easier for me to get to the dock I would definitely load here again

The check-in process is a little slow. They have you ring the doorbell once to gain access to the warehouse to check-in and they don’t come to open the door. Another driver had to let me into the building after he stated that he did not work for Crane Worldwide Logistics. Once inside, you walk up to the check-in area and not one person greeted me. I stood there for 5 minutes until another driver came and asked “is this where you check in”, then one of the warehouse reps looked up from their computer and said “Can I help you”. Their space to back is very tight. Took me 20 minutes to back into this door. This place is not meant for truck drivers with sleepers on their trucks only meant for intermodal and day cab. Will tell my dispatch to avoid this place for me. Never want to come back to this place if this was the last shipper on earth!!!

They have three docks for full size truck, which you can back pretty easy, others are pretty tight.

very tight area and check in door at 42 -43 miss that door you will have a very hard time turn of round check in take forever if you come after 12 pm
