I looked for a courier service in the San Jose area, and the first number I called was for a large, national courier company, and the phone just rang, and rang. No one answered. So I called the next company listed in the search, and it was Gold Rush. Pradeep immediately answered, and I knew that my pickup/delivery was in the right hands! I was able to talk with someone in customer service whenever I needed. Gold Rush is a small company, and I prefer to give my business (also a small one), to another company in the similar tax bracket. Thank you so much Gold Rush!

A quick shout out to Gold Rush Express Delivery, because they did just that! Golden service from Jennifer and delivery ahead of schedule!

My manufacture sent am order to the wrong address and we were too busy to drop it all or wait another day, so we had to reach out to Gold Rush! Not only did they actually answer the phone (two others did not, thankfully) they sent a driver right out to pickup up the bad delivery in San Jose and deliver it to my clients in Campbell, just excellent service all around! They saved the day! Next we're in a Rush...we'll be just fine with Gold Rush Express Delivery!

I called for service in mid-day for a rush order with included both a pickup at one location and a delivery at another distant location. The agent who I worked with understood immediately what I needed to have done, schedule the pick up and made the delivery perfectly. I received two calls on the progress of the pick up and the expected time of delivery and both were right on target. Can't thank Gold Rush enough for the incredible service.
