Everytime I get the documents I need timely and at such a reasonable cost. Kristen is always very responsive and is my go to at this office! Highly recommend her and her offices services.

The process service was speedy and effective. However, I recommend not using their credit card payment form with your confidential credit card information on it. They stamped it paid and returned it to me as a "receipt," after I asked them to keep it confidential. Recommend calling in the confidential credit card details instead.

I have been working with One Hour for the past year and my experience has only been amazing!
My main contact is Kristen Saabye who is responsive, efficient and extremely knowledgeable! She responds quickly and has never had any issues with complicated or last minute requests. She’s always happy to answer questions and work with me to figure out difficult filings. Her team of runners also do an amazing job at quickly picking up/dropping off court documents.
Unlike other services, I appreciate that I am always directly contacting a real person and can get immediate support. I have worked with many other employees as well, all of whom have been great.

Here's the review:

Starting out, everyone was super nice and helpful. There was a moment where I went from one service to the next, and some documents were misplaced or mixed up, and I had to resend them.

Outside of that, I would have given them a 9/10.

So, why the 1/5?
Two reasons:
1. Their payment processing methods triggers fraud alerts on my account. Instead of collecting all services on one invoice, they charge one service and one invoice at a time.

2. When I asked for a list of my account history, Kristal challenged my request, kept running my card, and demanded I pay instead of helping to resolve the fraud alert issues. She accused me of not providing a valid card and making up charges and transactions and refused to provide me the account list I needed to help.

What Kristal didn't know or may have forgotten was that I am ill. I had Chemotherapy this year and spent lots of time in bed, and get confused sometimes, which means, I need help discovering where mistakes are to ensure I do things correctly. Rather than help me, she told me I was confused and continued again and again to demand payment.

I had 7 other successful transactions from their company that were made. Anyone who has ever been a victim of bank fraud would know that multiple transactions back to back from the same place will trigger fraud alerts.

After asking multiple times for the account history log I needed, I decided I needed some company letterhead to address someone higher up to address this matter. By the time my Attorney called me to get the letter formulated, Kristal was sending me a "my sincere apologies" email after her manager pulled the records and compiled the log I needed.

So, now that I have that log, I will get to my PC when my body is not too tired from being sick. Do the comparisons, release the final payment, and never hire this company again.

I chose this place because, like others in the area, they had good reviews. And they call themselves One Hour Delivery, which is what I needed done. But from now on, I'll use a neighboring company as my courier.

I hope you found this review helpful. I didn't attach images of the emails because they are confidential. But imagine you being the customer having to reply to a customer support person as though you are the one providing the service. I remained professional in all my responses, and eventually, we got the document we needed.

I sure hope they are able to get some retraining on customer service and how to handle situations loke this.

There were some challenges getting my documents served in time, but Rob Ronald worked with me to make things work out. just make sure you have clear communication with them if serving papers and tell them if you have a deadline so they can rush them . Communication is key.

Good price, great service. I will definitely use their service again when I need documents retrieved in the Bay Area. The rep that helped me is a KC Chiefs fan (gross!) but I'll find it in me to leave a 5 star review anyway, because of the exemplary service. GO SAINTS!
