I do drop and hooks here often and have never had a bad experience. The loads are typically heavy but well balanced. They are usually ready hours ahead of time too which is great given the current state of the industry.

Not bad, but if you go down Porter Rd, it's very narrow and not marked with a street sign.. So many cars are coming out you will be waiting. If you miss this turn on Porter, you will be sightseeing all downtown Spingdale, which is bigger than it looks on map / GPS. I did it at 1700, not fun, and side streets to get back are NOT truck friendly.
Once you get here, hit the red exit button to get into their yard. Park on the right side in front of the doors. There is normally room, depending on how many trucks are here and trailers dropped.
Door #'s 51 - 47 on the right side of the office you will want to blind side back. There's plenty of room to do it. Lot more room to move around, and then I thought there would be at location. There is plenty of space between doors to back.
When you get in you fill out a check-in form. Then, when you leave, you fill out a check-out form. The driver check-in is in the middle of the doors, big sign above it you can't miss it.
Not bad once you get here, but don't miss a turn. You will add an hour to your time if it's rush hour.

They do have overnight parking. Had appointment at 1000, checked in at 0700 and was out at 1100. If the load is going to Mexico, the paperwork might take a little longer, but nothing crazy long. The people from the office were really nice and the kid too, who loaded my trailer. Have patience and check in with a smile. They do have a really clean restroom so please be respectful and don’t screw it up

max 2 hours ( in and out ) by appointment but sometimes they can get you early , but DO NOT BE LATE , they can get busy and you can become a work in ( and that can cause hours of delay ) , they have 30 minutes grace time tho . Very nice people in the office . Loaders are extremely professional and know what they are doing , they can load a truck 44,500 and still you can scale it and set your tandems and stay legal , also they secure the load properly and it means a lot when you haul loads to Walmart and costco ! Thank you guys for the professional work you do .

Well so far I checked in @ 545 for a 7pm appointment time and lo and behold I’m still sitting waiting for a door. Huh I don’t know all these good reviews but so far it isn’t happening. Looks like they rather load up preloaded trailers up and let the live loads sit. Update 816pm still waiting on a door. This place is a joke. Come here if ya want to waste your clock .

Took me 4hrs to unload clean restroom respectful personnel. Hope they work on unloading drivers faster then it would be an awesome place

Correct address is 311 W. Sunset Avenue. In order to check in you must enter thru the gate by door 18, press the green button and drive all the way AROUND the building to door 31 for check in. If you are assigned doors 1-18 you must exit back the way you came in, get loaded they will come and seal your trailer. Then you must go back around to door 31 to get your bills.

the appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at about 940 a.m., parked after checking in, and after 15 minutes they opened the door and locked it for about an hour, after which another 30 minutes later I received the documents, friendly staff, they give advice and help, free water
