I delivered a load for them on the 12th, uploaded my documents to my factoring company. 3 days later, my invoice gets rejected, the reason my factoring company said the documents were not uploaded to T Pay. Ok I call the company, and speak to Andrew, and the broker Corey Caudel, Andrew states that the information is uploaded, and if i have any problems call him back. I get an email from invoicing saying, that the reason they have not uploaded the documents is because i did not email them to the correct email.....Ok, so I emailed the documents to the specified email address. STILL not paid. Fast forward to today, I call Factoring, and they now tell me that they were told that the bol did not match what they had. So the paperwork was right all the way down to the pick up number on the rate con, Triumph says the paperwork matches what they have, the paperwork was right at the shipper and receiver, but all of a sudden you got different paperwork....RIGHT. Corey Caudle and Kelsey Donald at BNSF Logistcs, Is who I was communicating with. Work with them at you own risk.I DO NOT !!! recommend this company. THEY WILL NOT PAY!!!!!

They deserve 0 stars. The account managers are very unprofessional. I was waiting for updated rate con for detention and they kept giving me the run around for a week and half. The account manager juan ruiz and his back up sam Goll. Are the worst ppl to deal with so unprofessional. They will ignore every email and phone call. Out of ten emails I only received 1-2 back. All they kept doing is telling me that Juan has to approve detention and Juan would say sam has to approve it. These guys are horrible ppl. I would like to meet them to spit in their faces.

I love the atmosphere and the people. I've worked for several fortune 500 companies, but always felt....small. even though I'm fairly new to BNSF Logistics, I feel like my voice and questions are heard.definitely an open door policy, diverse population. And all kinds of educational and personal backgrounds.

I have No good comment to leave this establishment. All need to know what they are potentially getting into when looking for a career or job. If you want to work hard and be reprimanded for it, have ridiculous HR write ups based on untrue accusations and if you like to be lied to straight to your face, then go ahead this place might be for you.

Impossible to get in touch with them. They post a load and not answering on their phone or email. I'm not sure how they even communicate with their carriers. Awful
