Listen, my car hasn't even been towed yet(Jason is enroute) but I just had to give Skelton Towing a review for their awesome customer service. I've worked in a call center for 10 years and I must say, Jason is a professional. He is so nice! I drove this poor man crazy; I'm sure with changing locations to tow my car, calling over and over again, but he was just as friendly each time we spoke. Always answering with "it's no problem at all". The tow was very AFFORDABLE too. But let's focus on what's important here, the customer service! I feel we are in a time now where good customer service is hard to find. I've been on both ends of the phone. Patience is a gift. Jason, I thank you for your kindness, understanding and most of all PATIENCE.

Needed a car picked up and stored for 11 days until I was able to pick it up. It was professionally handled. The car was picked up by Skelton on the day agreed and stored at their facility until I was able to get it. I needed help loading it onto my trailer, Jimmy sucked it up on his flatbed and unloaded it onto my trailer, at no extra cost. The price and service was great. Highly recommend Skelton Towing.

Alternator went out on my car on my drive home from work and roadside assistance was of no help. Called Skelton after ten pm and they showed up within twenty minutes. Driver was very friendly and courteous. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Due to the amazing service, they're my go to from now on if I need a tow. Highly recommend to anyone.

Mr. Skeleton is amazingly wonderful ❣️ He's hauled my broken down vehicles several times over 15+ years. Off the road, out of parking lots & waaaay out in the boonies. Twice he's brought my ¾ ton trucks home until I could save up enough money to get them fixed at specialty shops, then he hauls them from my yard to my preferred shop. Never a complaint about weather or time of night. He's a lifesaver. Very reasonable prices & works with insurance. Skeleton Towing is my go to rescue-er.
