Easy option to return your Amazon items. You only need the QR code after starting the return on the app/website and the item you plan to return. They still have the kiosk, but having actual people makes the process faster since you don’t have to press all the buttons and wait on the kiosk to load. Only drawback is the size limitations, so make sure to start your return before heading there to make sure it doesn’t have to go to the UPS store instead. You can also have packages sent here to pick up! Great for those items you want to protect from porch pirates.
