Just checked in , they take a look in my trailer and rejected just bcz he took a white paper and pass it in floor of the trailer some little black like smoke. The trailer is completely clean as you can see . If your trailer don’t washout don’t go there

I checked in at 7:15 pm for 8 pm pickup appointment & been told to come back by 8 & to pull in any open dock door. I waited over 3 hours & finally I pulled in to open dock door just right after an annoying guy came & told me to go to another location after wasting this long hours of waiting. These ppl are a joke, even the way how they treat drivers from the one check you in over the phone to couple other warehouse workers i spoke to are absolute RUDE.

I respect all the driver’s and there comments but i am here so many times it’s always a great experience. I am here at 6pm on 11-1-22 for a pick up which is scheduled to be picked up at 2pm on 11-2-22 and they are going to load me. And there loading time is less than 2 hours always. Just follow what they say and you’ll be out in less than 2 hours. Good job guys ?

As many, my trailer got rejected from wood gap type of "hole".

They said it's for trailer integrity, being paper is heavy.

But, out of 17.75 + years of trucking, I haven't had paper rolls buckle a trailer as such.
Nor, has this trailer gotten wet inside.

But, I understand the policy.

So drivers/ carriers, clean VERY good, as I did, & make sure trailer is less than a decade, & almost in perfect condition.

Or, you'll waste time & money.

If your trailer is not washed with powder, it is better not to come here, this place is the worst for a driver, do not take cargo! develop this dirty?

To everyone involved companies,drivers, dispatchers,brokers etc... do not even waste your time servicing this facility. Totally unprofessional,they purposely waste drivers/ companies time for several hours/ days if you stick around because they simply do not want to work,too busy getting high which puts everyone in danger because they are the ones loading the trucks with large,heavy paper rolls , very unorganized but what else too expect from highly intoxicated,cracked out employees.Dont let the pay rate here fool you it's not worth it & you lose money in the end.Seriously you were warned!

my appointment was at 12pm was late. got here after 1pm . call on that number. Got door right away. got my paperwork by 2pm. good people. didn’t have any issue

Got here early they asked me to come back for my appointment so I came back at 1345 my appointment was 1400 got in a door at 1430 and here it is 1900 and I’m still the door. I watched a guy come in and his appointment was for 1600 and he was out in a hour . These people are uncoordinated. Do not come here.
