Granted, there was a major delay in getting loaded through no fault of facility staff, they were awesome. Appearantly I was suppose to check in at the main sliding doors and not the ones that say pick up or receiving. I imagine it was specific to my situation. Regardless, staff was patient despite all the confusion, and they did communicate effectively with me. The Docking Bays are really tight to get into. Be mindful of other trucks already docked.

They need to fire everybody and hire a new staff that has common sense enough to know that first come first serve, you’ll be able to relax once the trucks are loaded/unloaded. Having trucks wait while you sit on the phone and thinking over the fact that you don’t want to work will waste everybody’s time.

I gotta say I was so impressed with United Cargo. It was early and there were several dogs waiting to be processed. The agents could not be nicer, and their supervisor was in there helping them out. She was calm, cool, and collected. Julissa helped me. I had forgotten my I.D. and had to have someone bring it to me. She didn’t make me feel bad, she just reassured me that we were good. She kept a smile on her face the entire time I was there. It was refreshing to see them all work together in good spirits. Clearly they are an excellent team. So far so good!!!

This place is a nightmare in hell. Come for pick up afternoon means more than 2 hrs. Waiting. The rude and lazy guys at the counter said" we are short of people" customers pay the price as is their fault

This company is very bad. If you are a truck driver, print out all the pdfs. Otherwise, you will spend 1 hour traveling 30 miles and printing.

I had a positive experience. I had to call first and I spoke to Danielle. She took the time to make sure I understood the process to pick up our puppy and made sure I knew exactly where to go. After our pups flight arrived, she was with me within 20 minutes. She was clean, hydrated and happy to meet me. I was able to get her out of her travel crate almost immediately and we went over to the very convenient potty area for a quick break. The potty area was maintained beautifully and made the process SO easy! I was very happy I didn't have to find and stop at a park somewhere. Thank you United Cargo! We'll be using you for all of our future flights.
