I went to this location to rent a box truck! The staff was so helpful and friendly! They made renting the truck a breeze and everyone was just so fun to talk to and personable! The answered all my questions and eased any worries about renting equipment! I would definitely recommend using them for all your U-Haul or storage needs.

I rented a U-Haul truck and a 10 x 20 unit for temporary storage from U-Storage. From beginning to end they were friendly,, courteous, attentive, and fair. All three fellows I worked with were gracious and helpful. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I certainly recommend them.

Nice clean units very well taken care of property. They stock many things for your moving pleasure boxes, locks, packing peanuts, bubble wrap lots of great items. People behind the counter are very kind and courteous.

The manager is very nice! He was professional even though I was not extremely happy with the business because I was charged a $15.00 late fee. I was told over the phone that my late fee would only be charged a $10.00 late fee by one of the employees, but when I arrived at the business, I was charged a $15.00 in late fees. Think they should have more of a grace period.

The people were friendly however when I got my stuff out of storage there was rat pee and poop all over everything. I had items that had visible chew and scratch marks on them. I had to throw a few things away and have a tear in my brand new couch arm that was not there before and it’s a visible tear from a rat. That I wasn’t pleased with at all. I did mention it to them and they offered for me to move storage unit and file an insurance claim which I will probably file. The price was a good price I feel for a storage unit, and otherwise there were no issues other than that.
