Just like swissport in Edinburgh complete joke. Small aircraft from Dundee with notary passengers, luggage coming through piecemeal. One, band stops, starts 5 minutes later, 3 pieces of luggage. Now stopped for almost 10 minutes and nothing. Very poor service

Jean and Laurencia from Swissport thought it was funny to belittle and mock my aunt who was checking in her luggage. Pointed to the screen and said "it's not that hard to read", completely unprovoked. Little did they know that my aunt is fluent in 5 languages, and has a better grasp of the English language, her 4th, than they did. I told Laurencia there was no need for the condescension, and when I tried to escalate it to the manager Jean, I ended up getting assaulted. Reported to the company but nothing came of it, so it is only right to name and shame.

Although a very busy warehouse , I find that I treat the frontline staff how I want to be treated , with respect they deserve trying to serve a lot of vehicles.
It's very easy to write negative comments , but in my case I have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff on the booking side to the staff on the warehouse doors .

People on minimum wage treat you like dirt every time you go there. It shows the level of respect their members of staff have for others.

There are different companies operating in this area but you can see from the comments it really can be a good or terrible experience. I have been there from 30min to 4h but I'm sure ppl waited there much longer on occasions thats why parking sign stating max 2h stay don't apply to anyone no one cares... I did interact with very friendly and helpful staff and not so friendly helpful on some other occasions. There is room for improvement like how to make the process of delivering or picking up more efficient. I understand that important documents need to be checked etc but sometimes it really takes to long. I been unfortunate to stay 12-4pm siting in the van in one of the hottest day in a year- that wasn't fun!
