One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve been in so far. You can choose between climate or non climate control units. Great prices and everything is operate through an app from the front gate, doors, and your unit door. Everything is secured and safe here. They’ve different sizes to fit your needs.

Very clean and great prices! The only issue I had was that I have Verizon phone service and sometimes I couldn’t get the app to work. (This is Verizon’s fault and not the facilities). I would rent here again if I ever need storage.

I've had a tour of this storage facility, and I was very impressed. Doug and Rhonda are amazing people with a deep love for the Clark County area. It's evident that they took great care in design and construction of these units. It feels extremely safe, secure, and clean at all times. The security measures they have taken exceed expectations, and the ability to digitally access your gates and units not only makes it so much more convenient, but gives you great peace of mind. I can't recommend this place and these people enough!

My father just finished building these units and I was very impressed with the route he took. There are cameras in every hallway and the locks are all digitally secured. I'm proud to say that he built these to perfection with both security and ease of access in mind. He and Rhonda are both local to Arkadelphia and would be happy to support you in any way they can.
