On my way to Montgomery, I had an issue with a tire sensor and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, Sam meet me to see how he could help. Bama Direct employees are the Best. Not only a friendly atmosphere, but also dependable, and trustworthy. While there, I asked if they could do a tune-up and oil change. I went back first thing the next morning and all was done well before noon. Thanks Bama Direct for getting me “back on the road again”!

Sam was wonderful and very friendly! This is my second time back. I dropped my vehicle off with a couple of repairs and they had it done in a timely manner as well as they even mentioned some parts that needed replaced and looked over things I didn’t even mention. They have my vehicle driving like new again. I will definitely come back.

The crew at Bama Direct are awesome. Very capable mechanics and great customer service. Came in just to get a quote and see if they could pinpoint a problem. Not only were they were and to work on it immediately but drove me back to work and had everything fixed by the end of the day.

I love that I don't have to stay while my oil is being changed. I don't live 10 miles from them they come and get my vehicle and bring it back. Very nice person that comes and brings back my vehicle. Thank you for the awesome service.

Staff at Bama Direct is friendly and efficient. An unscheduled oil change took only a brief time. Getting an appointment for new tires and alignment was easy and I felt like they checked my car thoroughly. The waiting area was clean with coffee, water and even a treat.
