Y’all need to use Jim’s Express at the XNA airport. I needed a quick roundtrip to my hotel and back after my flight got delayed then canceled. It was less expensive than renting a car! My driver Coleman was great! His SUV was clean and odor free. He was professional, courteous, and prompt with assisting me with my schedule changes. Appreciate your patience Coleman!

They worked out perfectly. Made a reservation, flew in with 2 bike boxes and luggage which fit laying down in a Suburban. Drivers were friendly. 8pm on a Monday night and 9am Tuesday return.

Great Experience! We had 11 girls wanting to go out on the town for a bachelorette party. We made a reservation with Jim a couple of weeks before. I called around to about 6 different shuttle/limo companies and this was the best price. Jim arrived at our pickup location early and the bus was clean, comfortable, and had a Bluetooth radio. Jim drove us around Eureka Springs and brought our rowdy group home after our event was over. Jim is kind, courteous, and was always willing to take our group photos. We would highly recommend Jim's Express Shuttle.

Driver arrived early and was courteous. Took an efficient route to the airport. He did speak at length regarding how he had gone out of his way in the past for customers who did not tip him. Main difficulty involved that I was quoted one price on the phone, and another when I arrived at the airport. I informed the driver of this who contacted dispatch. I was told it was my fault because I did not share that I would have an additional passenger (my small child ). I was not asked how many people would be traveling by dispatch and disputed the fare, but was told “sorry“but that is the price”. I was charged $10.00 more than originally quoted. I got the sense this was something that the driver and dispatch dealt with regularly. Be careful being quoted one price and then arriving at your destination and that price being increased. This seemed very unreasonable to me that the price I was quoted by the representative was not honored . It gave me the impression that’s why I got the long speech from the taxi driver about customers who had not tipped him in the past.

As a female, I am appreciate knowing that the person picking me up and dropping me off works for a local, long term business. I plan to always use this company when I need Airport Transportation.

I scheduled a car to take me to the airport. When I called to schedule - the lady that took my call was very short and hurried to get off the phone. She didn’t repeat back anything, give me a confirmation or ask about payment. The car was scheduled to pick me up at 5:00pm. At 5:02 I got a call from the driver saying he was downstairs waiting for me......I live in a house? He was at Candlewood Suites, I live on Candlewood Pl. Randall the driver was very polite and hustled to get to my house by 5:16. He was given poor information, not his fault. So when pulling up to the airport he tells me I have to pay inside - taking longer still because she didn’t collect payment on phone. He called her before we arrived to see if he should really charge me given their screw up but she said YES - I was to be charged. Then when I got to the counter neither of the rude women aknowledged or offered any sort of apology for their complete screw up. This place has pathetic customer service (with the exception of Randall who was great) and is not reliable. There are others in town that are reliable and friendly.

My parents came to pick me up at the XNA airport. After I finally get there, had a lot of delays, my parents accidentally parked in the “shuttle” parking area. This grumpy old man parks his shuttle van as close as he can to the front of my parents car as possible, gets out and takes pictures of their license plates while we were saying our hellos and loading up the car. Instead of just informing us or asking us to move. I’m assuming that was Jim, and Jim wasn’t a very pleasant man. Taking pictures of their plates so he could turn them into the security guards. I wouldn’t use them if my only other option was to walk from the airport.

Over priced
Unprofessional drivers
Smoke smelled vehicles
$38 dollars for a 5 mile ride - jeez
On the bright side ... we weren't in the car long enough for my clothes to soak up the odor from the vehicle.
