Highly recommend Jacob and the team at Move In NWA. I have had a storage unit in Rogers, Ark., since moving to Seattle, with some of my precious collectibles and memories. It was our plan to take a family trip to collect these items but due to COVID, travel wasn't an option.
I reached out to Move In NWA to hire them to go clear out my storage unit and take my items to a UPack center in Fayetteville. I was very nervous since I had limited control of the project, and Jacob communicated with me often and let feel like I was part of the process, but mostly took care of every single detail.

They paid extra attention to boxes that hadn't been packed sufficient, and wrapped things as needed to provide additional protection.
Everything arrived safely and I'm amazed they were able to fit everything in, with not an inch to spare. They also provided tie-downs to make sure things didn't shift during transport.

Fantastic job, and I'm grateful to have our family china and other items home again.

Movers made a hole in the wall. Had renters coming in right after and agreed on 3rd party to fix the wall and be reimbursed on a price. Followed up several times and haven’t heard back.

I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by MoveIn NWA! My daughter recently moved from Fayetteville to Little Rock. We did the packing ourselves, and they were hired to load, transport and unload. They arrived right on time and brought 5 people to load. They were careful and wrapped the furniture well. It didn’t take long at all! They had a couple of difficult to handle items and managed them beautifully! They were wonderful to work with and so helpful in every way. I highly recommend MoveIn NWA!

I had to travel from NC to AR with less than a week's notice to help my 95-yr old sister move from her home to and assisted living facility. Relatives helped locate a facility hear her home, but I had the responsibility to arrange the move. I searched on-line and MoveIn NWA provided a prompt response, answered my telephone calls and helped me schedule the move.

I mistakenly confirmed the move date one week beyond the date actually needed. I did not realize my mistake until the evening before the date I needed to move my sister. I called their operations manager on the day before the needed move and he assisted me by accommodating the schedule I needed. If he had not helped me in this way the relatives who had agreed to help me would have had to go home (5 hours away) and return a week later (I would have had to return to NC and come back a week later).

Their 3-man crew showed up on time, wrapped the furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and moved the furniture and household items to my sister's new home - on time, nothing was damaged and their attitude was very pleasant. Their price was very fair.

After reading their Terms and Conditions I could tell that they were very experienced and knowledgeable.

I especially appreciated that they promptly returned my telephone calls; i could speak to a real peson, not make selection 1, 2, 3 or 4.

I am very pleased with their moving service and recommend MoveIn NWA very, very highly. You will be pleased too.

MoveIn NWA is excellent. I am extremely pleased. I was a customer when I moved to Arkansas last summer to move my belongings from my POD to my apartment, and once again this past weekend they helped me pack and move my items to a POD container.

Moving is stressful. Jacob and his team made it easy! These guys were early, quick and very professional. They are priced great when you get your quote, then they work hard to beat the quote so your cost is lower. I had *a lot* of antiques and they all arrived in perfect condition. There weren't any on-site price changes like "We'll put your tv in a box for $20." It was all straight forward and easy. I strongly recommend these guys for your move! You won't regret calling them. They're also super funny, which is an added bonus. They were doing Arnold Schwarzenegger impressions while lifting and telling jokes. Keep in mind this was a July move on a 92 degree day and they were on hour 10 of the move. Great attitudes! Thank you, MoveIn NWA!

Had to move twice in one week, long story... We used these guys both moves and they were awesome! Communication was great through the whole process, prices are reasonable, and the movers are very courteous and accommodating. Dustin and Cody helped with our first move and Dustin and Cedric helped with our second. Jacob was the dispatcher we worked with and he made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend these guys.
