MUST EAT HERE ?Wait times can be long, but 100% worth it! We love the homemade (giant) rolls, sweet tea is perfect, pink sauce is amazing, and we haven't ordered anything we haven't loved yet! Our favorite orders are the crab and lobster ravioli and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo!

Pastafina was fantastic! The shrimp and lobster ravioli was amazing—rich, flavorful, and incredibly filling. The shrimp and crab fettuccine was also delicious, perfectly cooked with fresh seafood flavors. And the complimentary bread was a delightful surprise—fluffy, warm, and so tasty! Highly recommend for a surprisingly great Italian meal in the middle of Arkansas!

Probably the best restaurant in Arkansas! The caesar salad was very good and fresh. Calamari was delicious- not overly fried or chewy. The shrimp and lobster ravioli was AMAZING! Everything came out piping hot. Our server Savannah was a sweetheart and had the best recommendation. The atmosphere was great. They had Italian music and very cute decor. We want to go back and try every dish!!

We went and dined in the outdoor area, the seating was not what you would expect, But it was comfortable. The fire in the middle of the table was really relaxing! The food was delectable! Our waitress was incredible, and definitely add to our dining experience! The music they played for the outdoor area made this dining experience literally the best Ive ever had! It was old classically played hymns. I’ve told so many people they need to go, specifically the outdoor area, for the beautiful music. Phenomenal evening! P.s. couldn’t give them 7 stars because that’s not an option?

This restaurant came highly recommended and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Might be a bit out of your way given its location, but it’s definitely worth the trip. I made a reservation to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we were seated promptly and had great service throughout. I enjoyed the atmosphere which included a good amount of seating.

And the FOOD. The portion sizes are pretty hefty, including the jumbo rolls, so be prepared, but I loved every bite. I had the lobster & shrimp ravioli. They didn’t quite nail the shrimp but that’s difficult to do…plus I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of the ravioli and the sauce.

A must try in Northwest Arkansas!

Seated quickly, staff was very nice. Not a fan of the meatballs. Chicken Piccata was good. Wait time for food was a bit longer than expected, but understood it was being freshly prepared and got to enjoy the perfect patio and weather. Will return to try other menu items.

Food is good here. My family and I like the bread, ceased salads, calamari, and the seafood combo dish. It’s really good and has decent amount of seafood in there. Things do take a bit to come out so we learned to order appetizers and entree dishes ahead. Also make your reservation or expect a long wait on the weekend!

I've passed by this place in cave springs several times through the years, but never stopped because I usually don't like Italian out. My first thought when I walked in, was that it was a more upscale atmosphere than I expected. I ordered the pasta trio so I could try something with red and white sauce. It also came with a salad. The bread and olive oil was great. I wanted to just keep eating it but didn't want to fill up on it. The food came out, and it was enough for 2 meals for me. Just to bad I was 3 hours from home and not able to take leftovers with me. It was great. Not sure if i would order Alfredo or lasagna next time. Best Italian I have eaten out. I'll be stopping more than driving on by. I was there around lunch time and walked in a nd was seated. I stopped by black holler brewery in highfill (which is another excellent place) on the home. They tell me if you want dinner at pasta finally, might want to et a reservation
