Terry and Lisa were wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. They are hands down the pinnacle example of southern hospitality. My family and I were driving our way down to Panama City Beach from Michigan on 04/22/2024. We got into a very bad fender bender, thank God everyone was fine and we were a bit shaken up about the experience. After having to deal with reporting to the sheriff's department as well as the insurance company, Terry swung by with his tow truck. First of all he wanted to ensure everyone was ok and safe. Second he allowed us to explain the problem to him and took the time to listen. Third he provided us with a solution to where the vehicle might be going, he saw how distressed we were and offered to take us to a car rental place. Mind you not every car rental place might have what you need, but with that in mind he rerouted to another rental place of our choice and with the guarantee of taking us as far as we needed to go to find the right vehicle. After taking us to the rental place, Terry and Lisa waited on us until we were done with paperwork just in case. He offered to lower our vehicle off the tow truck in order for us to grab all that we owned in it outside of our luggage for the the trip. The whole process from the accident up to the point of hopping back onto the road to drive to Florida took no more than an hour and a half. We are so blessed to have walked away from our accident and complete our journey to Florida, and how smooth the process went from the sheriff that helped us, my insurance company, and most of all Terry and Lisa who helped us the rest of the way. If I could give them more stars, I would. Thank so very much for being who you are and God bless.

We had a terrible accident on I-65 around Calera. 4 cars involved - 3 were totaled. Everyone was traumatized and in shock. Our granddaughter was with us. Our Bluelink service called law enforcement as well as roadside service. Terry and Lisa from South Calera Towing came immediately. They were very calming and efficient. Helped us gather all of our belongs and then gave us a ride to their office so a family member could pick us up. They walked us through the process of contacting our insurance company and made sure we had everything out of the car before we left. Such nice people. Just what you need in that situation. Terry and Lisa are the epitome of southern hospitality. I locked my keys in my truck and called South Calera Towing. Lisa apologized that it would be about 40 minutes before they could get to me. I was at work so I wasn't in that big of a hurry. When they showed up both Terry and Lisa both apologized about being on time. It took less than 2 minutes to get me going and Terry informed me that there would be no charge. Thank you so much for being such caring people

When I called Lisa for a quote to tow my daughter's car to Birmingham, I was not expecting the exceptional service that followed. She promised to call me back with a price, and she did so within 3 minutes. She explained that they were busy but could do it. While on the phone, she told me she would text the mechanic's local. Not only did she do that, but she and her husband also went to my daughter's home, jumped the car, and got it running. She refused any payment. This unexpected level of customer service has won a customer for life. Thank you, Lisa, for your extraordinary efforts.

I got into a car crash yesterday on the 4th of January where I was rear ended and they helped me tow my car, they were extremely nice and let me get my belongings out the car once they towed the car to a safer area. Once I got home I even forgot my friends keys in the car and called them and asked for help the very nice lady helped me find my keys and even brought them to the cvs for me on her own time. She then helped me get the rest of my items out the car the next day. Very great business and people. They were also extremely fast in assisting me the next day when I called them to get my items. 10/10 would give more stars if I could. Picture is of my car that they helped tow

My rental vehicle broke down on the final leg of a round trip drive from Mobile Alabama to Rockport Massachusetts. South Calera Towing was called to assist, and they ended up being some of the kindest people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They helped me coordinate getting my vehicle to their yard, having access to it when I returned two hours later from getting a replacement rental, and getting back on the road much more quickly than would have otherwise been possible. Very professional. I was in a major wreck and was not from Alabama. They picked me up and took me to my car to retrieve my phone and suitcase. I was stuck with no ride and they gave me a ride to a local hotel and made sure I was able to get a room. Very generous of their time and services. Thank you!!
