M&M Moving & Storage did a fantastic job with our move! They traveled 2.5 hours to us and worked diligently to pack as much of our home as they possibly could. Then, they drove 2.5 hours back to Harrison and had us unloaded in an hour. They handled our belongings with great care and even unassembled and reassembled furniture. I highly recommend their service!

I had a long distance move from MO to TX. At the MO home, the movers removed the controller mechanisms on my glass storm door and could not put them back correctly. As a result, the door stood open and was caught by the wind. I called the company 4-5 times and each time was told that someone would fix it. The door was never fixed and eventually had to be removed. The vehicle used for my move, instead of a truck, was an old dirty trailer with poor suspension. As a result, I had nearly $2000 in damages including an expensive hydraulic lift sewing machine cabinet which had a corner ripped out and doors that no longer close. A chair with 3 holes and a big black greasy stain. A full size piano keyboard with keys that are no longer level and the black keys will no longer play. Since then I have submitted an insurance claim with no response. I sent the claim registered mail and they even had the audacity of signing the registration with a fake name. They gave me 2 numbers to call and neither one works now. I think they have blocked my calls and since I am out of state I can’t do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This was the second time I used M&M and will gladly use them again if needed. They were punctual with times, and they were at least 10-15 minutes early. The guys that work here are hard workers. Both times, we had everything done well within the agreed upon time.

Just had our household goods delivered. This company packed and loaded our stuff into a truck way too small. So it got crammed in. Nothing was wrapped in the padded cloths and our beds weren’t even in boxes or wrapped. Everything has arrived damaged and in poor condition. Even missing several boxes and big items from our garage.

They are very flexible and easy to work with. They had to hand carry most of the furniture & boxes across the new yard, which they did without complaining. Most things came through the move unscathed. Nice, polite, considerate workers. Todd works hard to make the moving experience as trouble free as possible. They went out of their way for us. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have never had movers do such an amazing job! The two guys were so polite and so very careful with everything they moved. They set up the beds, hooked washer and dryer up, and worked non stop. I tried to get them to take a brake and rest, but they kept on moving. I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thanks for all you guys did!

WOW: let's say that it was a learning experience for me because I have never picked up Furniture before in a Tractor and trailer Big Rig..and with a 53 Ft. BUT I must admit that the People and the Crew were very pleasant to work with..it just takes some Hours to get unloaded..But in all; NOT bad at all..?
