Was clean, no restroom in Bojangles itself had to walk through 2 other areas to use one in truck stop, wasn't a problem for me but informing others. Food was good, sauces were not great...you up your game on those and it would be fire! Ordered fries as side and got dirty rice, took back and they made it right with no problems. Would stop again.

I was very disappointed with my meal. The brisket in the sandwich was extremely chewy and had a lot of gristle. To make matters worse, the mac and cheese appetizer I ordered was ridiculously small for the price. I had planned to share it, but it was barely an 8oz cup!

The hours are posted as 24 hrs. We stopped to fuel and eat at 10:49 pm, and the only thing open was the gas station. As a corporate company, communication is key. Communication was obviously there as far as employees because once inside, they h
ad a sign posted. However, when traveling as consumers, we look ahead and plan stops. My question would be is why are you as a company paying for a website when the website and employees are obviously not doing their job..... unacceptable unless you are in the business of throwing money away. If that is the case let me know.

Leave it up to them to get an order wrong every single time or the sweet tea isn’t sweet at all it has a chalky taste..if it is sweet it’s diabetes tea..a lady was being trained so I’ll attribute todays error to that…but the owness of the error comes down to who made the sandwich wrong unless it was entered as just a cheese biscuit…I ordered an egg cheese biscuit combo…and got no egg but cheese..at least this time the cheese was melted and the no rounds were hot and fresh…

Truckers…check ur order before u walk out…or you’ll be disappointed

The food was pretty good here. This was my first time eating at Bojangles & I wasn't disappointed. The chicken was fresh & crisp, the mashed potatoes & gravy were good, the dirty rice was great, good flavor with the biscuit, but the mac & cheese wasn't the best. Overall it was pretty good & I have no real complaints

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but I’m so glad I decided to try it! I’ve lived here for a few years now and never knew we had one. I got the chicken sandwich and it was juicy & comparable to Popeyes (which I loved & miss) pickles were crunchy and mayo was creamy! The dirty rice is sooo good I was really surprised. Before I even took a bite I could smell the seasoning! The Mac n cheese was good also it has the “real” cheese bubbly and brown on top. I got unsweet tea & my husband got sweet, both were really good. Biscuits are buttermilk style and buttery! Now, the best thing was the peach cobbler. If there was one thing I didn’t care for it was the peach pepper sauce, it kinda tasted like chewing tobacco at first ? the after taste wasn’t bad jus initially odd.
