Can't say enough about how professional yet friendly and helpful these guys are! Standing in a parking lot dazed and likely in mild shock, the guys at Randy's helped me clean out my totaled vehicle, and even picked up a cup full of quarters that had dumped on the ground. My only regret is that I live out of state and (hopefully) won't need their services again.

I mean, I hope to never need another unexpected tow but if I do, I'll be calling Randy's! Everyone I spoke with was so nice and explained things better than my own insurance. I also asked questions way outside their expertise and they were so helpful! I was paranoid, not from around here, and worried about my dog back at my airbnb and felt better after we spoke and even better after they took great care of us. Thank you!

Quick and clean. Great service ! 210% recommend. Took great care of me and my vehicle when using a AAA tow. Cody was absolutely amazing. Need to give him a raise he deserves it!!

Payton helped my friends and I get from Eureka Springs Arkansas to Tulsa Oklahoma, as our car unexpectedly broke down during our day trip. He immediately treated us with incredible hospitality, maintained wonderful conversation, and even sang some songs with us while we drove through a severe thunderstorm. We eventually fell under a tornado warning and had tornado reports around us, but Payton remained calm, reassured us, and drove us safely through storm. (We were in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no shelter options) Payton displayed extensive driving skill through some of the more flooded areas and remained alert through the whole drive. Oklahoma storms are unpredictable and no joke but you would’ve thought Payton was a native Okie the way he handled things!

We had Chris come out to ES to tow our vehicle, which was in a very difficult spot to get to. Chris went above and beyond, was helpful and friendly, very patient. Give Chris a raise!! I wouldnt hesitate to use Randy’s again.

I was informed immediately that the driver was on his way to another call and he would be with me as soon as possible. I expected it would be hours. Sorry to say I had to rush to prep my vehicle. Very timely. Great driver. Very friendly. I don't ever want to need them again but if I do I know who I will always call. Thanks to all of them

Went out to start my car this morning so it would be warm for my grandmother as we were going out to lunch and the car locked me out with the keys inside. Even on a Saturday afternoon Randy's came out, was quick, and very friendly. I appreciate the help! Thank you!
