The food/atmosphere is no different than any other Chipotles elsewhere. What honestly makes this location stand-alone is its abysmal service. For example, they are notorious for not including your drinks with delivery orders. This has been the case with about half of my delivery orders over the last year.

One egregious occasion was when they inexplicably "forgot" to include the four bottles of Mexican Coke I ordered with my family's meal, thinking that they might miss a drink here or there, but surely there is no way they would miss not packing four bottles of coke with an order. Nope. Wrong. Calling customer service is as worthless as navigating the app (at best, expect a coupon for one free drink with a limit of one free drink per order AND expires in 1 month, even though you have already paid for these items). After getting no human contact via the app and their phone line, I went to Chipotle to get the four bottles I had already paid for. Their manager was working that night behind the register, grabbing drinks for orders and doing quality checks on delivery orders before placing them out for pick-up. When I confronted him about missing the four Cokes from our delivery order, he gave me an eye-roll before grabbing the bottles for our order. He did not say a single word to me during this exchange: no sorry, no nothing. As the manager and one responsible that night for ensuring all items were included in their order before placing them ready for pick up, I immediately asked him how he allowed this error to occur. He immediately gave me sharp sarcasm while acknowledging that missing my drinks must be a "big deal" before refusing to apologize. I told him how this had been a pattern I'd noticed over several months, and as manager, he should care. Again, he remained indifferent. At this point, I disengaged with him and left, never to be back since. Instead, I'll drive an extra 30 minutes to the nearest Chipotle, which has much better quality and service, and I suggest you all do the same.

Food is okay and has lot of room to improve, but I honestly feel the staff has to learn how to behave with customers and know how to wrap a burrito and know how to pack food in Togo bags. We went there and ordered burrito and bowls at 8.30 pm. First thing we observed is there is a guy who saw us entering and shouted something to the rest of the staff which was not audible to us but rest of the staff started staring at us for couple of seconds. It looked like they are not happy seeing a customer coming in. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming though we didn’t heard properly what he spoke but it felt he spoke something about us. Secondly, the same guy was at the billing counter and the way he pushed the bag toward me after I paid my bill is not good. It’s like he is trying to throw the bag towards me but I picked it somehow. The gesture is disgusting and I could see how much of an unworthy person he is who could be at a billing counter. The treatment is not good and definitely I would not see these guys or visit the place again. Thirdly, the packing of food is really disgusting. The lady who packed the bowls and burrito really was not sure how to pack them. When we reached home and checked, there is leak of all the fluids from the bowls and the paper bag was damaged and if not observed on time, the bowls would have fallen out. It is totally a disgusting experience. It felt like the staff has no idea how to treat customers with respect and behave and they should know that we are paying for that food and it is not free and they are not doing a free service to the humanity.

It's 9:30 pm. This location is open until 11pm.

There is no reason that people cannot sit at these tables like a normal restaurant. I watched the worker/cashier race to clean the tables, lift all the chairs while a line accumulated for food.

If the restaurant is open until 11pm, the seating should at least be open until 10:55.

I'm posting because I wonder if corporate knows about this. It's embarrassing and says this store doesn't want customers in their store when it's open. ?

This was the best chipotle experience I’ve had! The food tasted amazing, the portion sizes were good, and the staff were very kind and professional. The cashier went above and beyond to help me with my app and figuring out my reward. Most other chipotles I would’ve been out of luck with no help. I will definitely be back to this location!

The food is good when they have what you want. Every time I walk into this restaurant, it's dirty. Every table is dirty. The floors are trashed, and the drink station is a mess.

About half the time I go there, they are out of something, brown rice, grilled veggies, cheese, something. I wouldn't be upset about it, but you wait through their line only to find out when ordering. Take 60 seconds, and put a sign on the door! Sorry guys, we're out of cheese, and grilled veggies would've been nice to see at the entry yesterday.

I ordered a delivery order for my wife and they sent me what I didn't ask for. Oh, they sent it wrong, I was very angry. We paid 22 dollars for a bad meal that did not arrive as it should. Here she left you the image of how the burrito burrito bowl came as it had to come and how it arrived.

I love going with my wife to eat here, but when we went last week I ordered through the app and ordered 2 burrito bowls, 2 drinks and chips and salsa. When I went to pay it was over $40.00 for the 2 of us. So I deleted the order and deleted the app. I will not be back.

I ordered a bowl and it is a little over a 1/3 full. The manager told me that's all I get because I didn't order rice and lettuce. So I will not be eating there ever again.
