I can’t say enough great things about Lorenzo, the manager at Equity Storage in Rogers. Lorenzo goes above and beyond to maintain the facility, keeping it impeccably clean and organized. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the attention to detail and the care he takes to ensure a pristine environment. I’ve used Equity now off and on for more than four years. Their location is great. I love their access to be able to pull my vehicle inside to load and unload. Their facility is always very clean and safe. The temperature control is perfect for those items you don’t want exposed to the elements or pests that come with outdoor storage. I’ve interacted with the ownership and the staff, most recently Lorenzo, onsite and every time they are very grateful for my business and helpful. It makes me feel good to support a local business owner over a national chain. Plus their rates are very competitive for the local market average. Highly recommend them for storage if you need it!

Equity storage has been a pleasure to work with for the last several years!! They’ve got a great variety of unit sizes and the staff is always really helpful! During our move out we had to quickly close out our unit without much notice, and Lorenzo was so gracious and helpful during the process!! Definitely go with Equity if you’re looking for safe, clean and spacious storage units!

Received SUPERB service and assistance from Lorenzo today to get a next day unit. The customer service here is truly unmatched and they care to make their customers happy and feel like family, even down to a personal call from the manager Chris to ensure everything was going smoothly! Highly recommend Equity storage for all your storage and office rental needs! (They have a couple offices left for rent, grab them before it’s too late! ?)
