Rick is Awesome! Great service and very professional. He personally showed us the units that we were interested in so we could compare sizes. After we decided, he was a joy to talk to while he filled out the application. By the time we were done, which was pretty quick, he was like an old friend. I wish everyone had a Rick at their business. My whole family and I just stopped by again today to switch units and could say all that I said before and more !

Excellent service as always. 2nd time using and greatly appreciate the ease of setup online. I was here on a Sunday and was easily able to receive assistance through both the central service and the local management (Rick). Safe, clean, and easily accessible units.

We have had a couple units at Superior Storage on Trafalger in Bella Vista over several years. The folks there have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean. If I have one complaint it is that the monthly rental rate has gone up more than I think is necessary.
